The population of the Arab World exceeds 360 millions. The main spoken language is the Arabic language, with a different dialect in each country. Other spoken languages are English and French, in addition to local native and urban languages.

Arabic food differs from one region to another in the Arab World, but mostly it is one of the healthiest cuisines, specially in the Mediterranean countries.
